I have a studio deeded timeshare one block from the strip at the Royal Resort. It can be used anytime of the year or traded for many other U.S. and Mexico destinations. You can also upgrade to a 1,2,3, or 4 bedroom for a minimal fee. Stay in such places as Napa Valley, Capistrano Beach California. Or Aruba, Matzalan, Hawaii any many other beautiful places. I have one week left from 08 and one week still to use for 09. The $450 maintenace fee has been paid for the year. Trading Places International manages the timeshare.
