I have a great house for sale, available immediately. I really don't want to sale it because it has such great potential, but I am in the process of relocating me and my family to another state for work. I would like only $35,000 for it, because it needs a little work. Nothing too serious. The house has potentially 5 bedrooms, but I was going to turn one into a dining room. 2 downstairs and 3 upstairs. There is a really nice-sized backyard that is fenced in, as well. It is on a really quiet block with friendly neighbors on both sides. It really is a nice house and will be a great home to anyone who wants to buy it or could even be a cash-cow to some investor.
